US waitlist privacy
Effective 21 October 2026. NorthOS US is a coming-soon demand test operated by Apex North Enterprises, the operator of NorthOS.
What we collect and why
When you submit, we store your email, business type, US state, current bookkeeping software, tax headache, confirmation that you have no employees, optional pilot interest, starting-page source, consent wording/version and server timestamp. We use these answers to assess demand, choose launch industries, and contact you about US launch updates or early-access research under your consent. Pilot interest is not payment or a commitment. No confirmation email is automatically sent.
Please leave financial records out
Do not submit tax documents, tax IDs, bank details, account numbers or other private financial records. Free-text answers are for general questions about your workflow. A business-type choice is self-selected and unconfirmed, using United States NAICS 2022 where mapped.
Storage and retention
Waitlist answers are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database, separate from the Canadian application's production data. Access is restricted to the operator through existing Cloudflare account controls. Waitlist records expire after 90 days and are removed by daily cleanup. Cloudflare processes information to provide hosting, storage and security; this page does not promise storage in a particular country. We do not sell waitlist information.
Security and duplicate submissions
Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated submissions. It processes browser and network information for that security check. Requests are rate limited; application logs use request IDs and event codes rather than form answers. Duplicate normalized email addresses do not overwrite earlier information. Responses do not reveal whether an email was already on the waitlist. Email ownership is not verified by this form.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining sends no analytics requests from this site's tag. Allowed measurements cover page visits, scrolling, outbound links, supported video engagement, file downloads, form starts and accepted form submissions. Controlled page and signup events use a bounded page/source label. Automatic form interactions, site search and browser-history page views are disabled in this stream. We exclude email, business descriptions, tax headaches, full query strings and referrer URLs from analytics. Google may use analytics cookies after consent. Consent preference is stored in your browser; a session marker avoids repeated lead events in the same browser session. Analytics counts are not a deduplicated subscriber count. Use Analytics preferences below to change your choice; withdrawing consent reloads the page without the tag.
Withdraw consent or request removal
Email hello@northos.ca from the address you submitted to withdraw contact consent or request access, correction or deletion of your waitlist entry. Include only the email needed to locate your entry. We will handle the request through the operator; no account or purchase is required. Updates, if sent later, must include a removal option.
